For more than 20 years, the European Consumer Centre Germany (ECC Germany) has been advising consumers on their rights – free of charge!

We are part of the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net), an association of 29 partner centres in all EU countries, Iceland and Norway. It is funded by the European Commission and the member states.

Together with our colleagues from ECC France, we work at the Kehl–Strasbourg border as part of the Franco-German association Zentrum für Europäischen Verbraucherschutz e. V.
